Job summary

Kearney Italia, Inc. is seeking an Operations Consultant focused in Source to join Kearney Activate. You will lead procurement assessments, develop cost models, and drive sourcing transformations for North American client engagements, while applying digital tools and AI-enabled approaches.

Ideal candidates have 5-7 years in consulting or related supply chain roles, a Master’s or MBA, experience with Coupa/Jaggaer/Keelvar, and comfort with travel to client sites as required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of consulting, supply chain, procurement, or transformation.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Experience with North American client environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement assessments, diagnostics, and transformation initiatives.
• Execute sourcing work including baselines, cost models, market intel, RFX, and negotiation strategy.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to drive procurement work streams and develop recommendations.
• Lead clients and small teams in change management and value realization.
