Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a hands-on Inventory/Materials Management professional for its Santa Catarina location. You will maintain inventory levels and ensure a steady flow of materials from supply chain to manufacturing, while leading a team and coordinating software systems.

The role requires 3–5 years in supply chain, strong SAP MM and MRP proficiency, and advanced English skills to collaborate across business units. This is an on-site, face-to-face position in Santa Catarina.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Fluent English (Intermediate to Advanced).
• 3–5 years in Supply Chain functions, preferably in Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
• Experience with SAP for material planning, inventory analysis, and operational decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth flow of materials from supply chain to manufacturing.
• Lead staffing, development, and performance management of materials management staff.
• Define and maintain optimal stock levels and perform inventory analysis.
• Coordinate maintenance and support of inventory management software.
