Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to provide engineering support and coordinate projects for assigned product groups at Plant Santa Catarina. You will work as the primary manufacturing contact and drive drawing releases, changes, and data analysis.

The role requires strong knowledge of welding and assembly processes, plus advanced English for cross-location collaboration. On-site schedule with potential overtime and travel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Advanced English proficiency for business and technical meetings.
• Experience with welding and assembly processes is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary manufacturing contact for one or two product groups.
• Coordinate product introductions and modifications, including drawing releases.
• Manage engineering changes from evaluation to production implementation.
• Prepare and analyze project and manufacturing data using Excel and Power BI.
• Develop and maintain organized manufacturing and project documentation.
