• Plan and manage MRO material requirements based on consumption and schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels, reorder points and obsolescence.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Production, Purchasing and Warehouse teams to ensure availability.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage MRO material requirements based on historical consumption, maintenance schedules, and operational needs.
• Monitor inventory levels, reorder points, safety stock, and obsolescence.
• Generate and track requisitions and purchase orders for MRO materials.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance, Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse departments to ensure the availability of critical materials.
• Analyze consumption trends and identify opportunities for inventory optimization and cost reduction.
• Keep planning parameters updated in the ERP system (SAP, Oracle, or others).
• Manage critical bills of materials and strategic spare parts for production equipment.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Generate performance indicators related to material availability, service level, turnover, and inventory levels.
