• Coordinate with Maintenance, Production, Purchasing and Warehouse teams to ensure availability.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage MRO material requirements based on historical consumption, maintenance schedules, and operational needs.
• Monitor inventory levels, reorder points, safety stock, and obsolescence.
• Generate and track requisitions and purchase orders for MRO materials.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance, Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse departments to ensure the availability of critical materials.
• Analyze consumption trends and identify opportunities for inventory optimization and cost reduction.
• Keep planning parameters updated in the ERP system (SAP, Oracle, or others).
• Manage critical bills of materials and strategic spare parts for production equipment.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Generate performance indicators related to material availability, service level, turnover, and inventory levels.

Job Objective

To ensure the timely availability of the necessary MRO materials, spare parts, tools, and consumables to support the plant's manufacturing, maintenance, and service operations, maintaining optimal inventory levels and ensuring operational continuity at the lowest possible cost.
