The LEGO Group seeks a Monterrey-based Spare Parts Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations, spare parts control, and proactive maintenance for LEGO equipment. You will oversee a team, implement preventive maintenance, and adapt to production changes to keep uptime high.

Ideal candidates bring strong warehouse/manufacturing experience, mechanical and electrical knowledge, and fluency in English and Spanish, with a proven ability to communicate with stakeholders and drive improvements.

This role involves leading a team to ensure professional warehouse management and maintenance of LEGO equipment through preventive measures and control of spare parts. **Core Responsibilities** * Manager and coordinate Warehouse and Spare Parts* Develop and execute preventive maintenance activities, including continuous improvement plans.* Efficiently respond to production plan changes.* Solve problems using root cause analysis.* Track training processes and evaluate personnel performance.* Report downtime and relevant issues to drive improvements.* Provide leadership and mentorship to maintenance employees.* Develop business plans for the Maintenance Department and guide their successful implementation.* Lead and engage the maintenance crew to ensure high morale, strong commitment, and ownership. **Do you have what it takes?** * Strong experience in warehouse maintenance or manufacturing, ideally in multinational environments.* Solid technical knowledge of materials, spare parts, machine safety, mechanics, pneumatics, electricity, and electronics.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.* Proficiency in Excel, SAP, or similar* Advanced communication skills both in English and Spanish, verbally and in writing and comfortable in presenting complex ideas. ## Additional details on this positionThis position is based in Monterrey (LOM).
