Job summary

Flex is seeking a Material Planning Analyst (Purchasing) in Mexico, based at the Toluquilla offices, reporting to the Materials Manager. You will lead a Buyers team, audit data, and prepare reports to support strategic material decisions for key accounts.

The role requires 5+ years in purchasing/material planning in manufacturing, advanced English, and leadership to coordinate multicultural teams. Visa/passport preferred; benefits include salary, insurance, and bonuses.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field.
5+ years of experience in purchasing, material planning, or supply chain.
Experience with CTB reports and MRP knowledge.
Advanced English and ability to coordinate multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate a team of Buyers to deliver multiple procurement activities.
Audit data for accuracy and prepare summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts.
Prepare recommendations to management based on data analysis.
Maintain databases to support data collection and reporting.
Track materials financial performance and trigger corrective actions when needed.
Support in handling RMA transactions and CTB (Clear to Build) reporting.
