Job summary

Flex in Guadalajara North, Campus, is seeking a Material Planning Analyst to maintain materials and purchasing data, coordinate contracts, and manage schedules with suppliers. Reporting to the Master Planner, you will support production by analyzing demand, shortages, and changes, while ensuring data accuracy across ERP inputs.

The role requires a BA/BS or equivalent, strong materials planning experience, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• MPS experience or similar position.
• Strong experience in Materials Planning.
• English advanced (spoken and written).
• Kinaxis Fast Response knowledge.
• CTB and procurement knowledge.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Open WOs according to revisions and ECOS implemented.
• Generate Shortage Report and review with buyers.
• Present shortage summary to client.
• Perform demand analysis and upload data.
• Review and record approvals for MOQ and PPV excesses.
• Manage Do Not Buy list.
• Analyze Engineering Changes and support implementation.
• Attend CFT meetings and contribute.
• Generate Excess and Obsolete reports and follow up.
• Update Production Plan and capacity projections.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Material Planning Analyst located in Guadalajara North, Campus.

Reporting to the Master Planner, this role will be responsible for maintaining materials/purchasing data, supply data and information to other production departments, coordinate contracts, maintain Certificates of Conformance for all suppliers and maintain outsources parts schedules.

What a typical day looks like:

• Opening of WOs according to revisions and ECOS implemented.
• Generate Shortage Report.
• Review shortage report with buyers and present a summary to the client.
• Demand analysis and upload.
• Analyze, request, and record approvals for MOQ and PPV excesses (PFAs – expediting fees).
• Control of Do Not Buy list.
• Analyze and apply Engineering Changes.
• Attend and participate in CFT meetings.
• Generate Excess and Obsolete Report and follow up.
• Update Production Plan – Capacity projection.
