Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking a skilled Supply Chain professional to schedule, plan, and oversee procurement, production and delivery processes. You will develop material plans to meet program needs on time and organize material flow within manufacturing, ensuring on-time replenishment and service levels.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in International Business or related field, plus 5 years in supply chain/logistics and strong SAP/Oracle/JDE experience, with advanced Excel skills and data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 5 years in supply chain with material planning or logistics operations.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE) and MM/PP modules.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of inventory and material flow planning.
• Ability to analyze data and support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, plans and oversees material procurement, production and delivery processes.
• Develops and executes material planning to meet program requirements on time.
• Organizes material flow within the manufacturing unit and inventory transfers.
• Generates forecasts and manages replenishment planning to meet service levels.
