Job summary

Mpowering People Ltd in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking an experienced supply chain planner to manage material and supply planning for automotive manufacturing. You will leverage MRP processes, inventory control, and supplier scheduling to ensure on-time production while coordinating with international suppliers.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in supply chain operations, strong SAP/ERP skills, and proficiency with BOM structures and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in material planning, supply planning, or supply chain operations.
• Automotive manufacturing experience, preferably Tier 1/Tier 2.
• Knowledge of MRP, inventory management, supplier scheduling, and production planning.
• Strong SAP/ERP experience.
• Knowledge of BOM structures, lead times, safety stock, inventory coverage, and capacity constraints.
• Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities.
• Experience managing international suppliers and complex supply chains.
• Advanced English, including supplier negotiations and escalations.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
