Johnson Controls is seeking a Production Planner to manage manufacturing scheduling and capacity planning. The role uses SAP to create production work orders, balance loads, and align with sales and material availability.

You will participate in workflow reviews and ensure accurate production status and approvals across the plant. Independent and team oriented, you will contribute to on-time delivery, continuous improvement, and adherence to safety standards while coordinating with operations

Formación

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Analytical skills for complex internal and external relationships.
• Ability to diplomatically negotiate and influence.
• Ability to develop and motivate direct reports.
• Detail-oriented with sense of urgency and quality focus.

Responsabilidades

• Use SAP to create production work orders considering capacity constraints.
• Develop/manage resource allocation and capacity models; coordinate with operations supervisors.
• Develop and distribute daily production schedules to key process areas.
• Revise production schedules due to sales changes, material shortages, and capacity constraints; collaborate with plant management.
• Attend workflow meetings and track New Product status and approvals.
• Production Order owner: creation, maintenance, close.
