GKN Aerospace is seeking a Planning/Supply Chain professional to manage weekly MPS and balance demand with available capacity. You will orchestrate cross-functional MPS activities and support IBP for monthly operations planning.

The role requires strong ERP/MRP knowledge, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and a bachelor’s degree. English fluency is required and travel may be necessary.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or Science.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Organize scheduling activities (MPS) beyond the current week and across the entire forecast horizon.
• Create and maintain schedules that meet program requirements while balancing inventory goals and optimizing site capacity.
• Ensure schedules are feasible and balanced with proven resources and capacity.
• Incorporate entry/exit, localization, transfer plans, and new program development/prototyping.
• Align schedules with agreed work calendars, including planned downtime.
• Provide input for scheduling and material requirements planning (MRP).
• Proactively communicate and elevate potential MPS issues to management to trigger preventive actions.
• Support performance operations vs schedules, analyzing deviations, and driving improvements.
• Assist Program Management in analysing possible RM impacts to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide feedback to Programs regarding supply risks and forecast accuracy improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and apply PDCA methodology with A3 problem-solving to ensure sustainable target achievement.
• Analyze adherence to the Master Program and ensure system master data is updated for planning and scheduling purposes covering a 36-month horizon.
