Job summary

Gravity Global is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Mexico. The ideal candidate will coordinate multiple projects across creative, technical, and account management teams to deliver high‑quality work on time and within scope.

You will oversee planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and client communication to ensure successful project delivery. A background in marketing or advertising agency environments and proficiency with PM tools are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience in marketing or advertising agency is preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Asana, Trello).
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Manage all phases of project development, from initiation to closure.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams. Ensure clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to ensure project success. Monitor and manage project team performance.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards. Implement quality control measures and review processes.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and meeting notes. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress.
• Foster a collaborative environment and work with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
