Stellantis NV in Toluca, Mexico seeks a Maintenance and Operations Coordinator to align BIW and VPE teams, coordinate weekend activities, and schedule resources for modifications and improvements in the system. You will participate in design reviews with the VPE team and WPI coordination.

The role emphasizes data collection, budget planning, and ISO 18001 compliance, with weekly manpower planning and cost monitoring to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Formación

• Coordinate activities for launches with BIW and VPE teams.
• Schedule resources for modifications and improvements in the system.
• Design review with the VPE team.
• WPI coordination.
• Manage facility cleaning: budget, cycles, and external contractors monitoring.

Responsabilidades

• Integrate Group/Zone and other Groups/Zones and departments (Shift Managers and PIMs).
• Plan and implement countermeasures to address unsafe conditions and near misses with maintenance staff.
• Manage safety system ISO 18001.
• Plan weekly manpower for Maintenance leaders and Specialists.
• Evaluate and plan team needs according to production planning and shutdowns.
• Define the Budget and monitor maintenance cost balance.
