Johnson Controls is seeking a Maintenance Planner to oversee planning and scheduling of maintenance for equipment and facilities in the Nuevo León region. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance processes and ensure safety compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in maintenance planning, with strong CMMS knowledge and analytical skills. A collaborative, organized mindset is essential for success in this position.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and CMMS tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage the maintenance schedule for all equipment and facility systems.
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians to prioritize work orders and manage backlog.
• Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Utilize CMMS for tracking, scheduling, and reporting maintenance activities.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to maintenance procedures and compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for parts procurement and service scheduling.
