A leading sustainability firm based in Nuevo León is seeking a Practical Engineer to manage the maintenance function. Responsibilities include supervising the maintenance team, managing a maintenance budget, and overseeing maintenance system improvements. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a process industry. Formación
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory maintenance role within a process industry.
- Experience managing a maintenance budget and planned maintenance system.
- Capability to write and implement procedures and directives.
Responsabilidades
- Manage the maintenance function and supervise the maintenance team and contractors.
- Review plant defects and enhance reliability and organizational efficiency.
- Plan and manage maintenance outages, including work specification and quality control.
