• Strong writing ability and reading comprehension of visual aids.
• Ability to work with standard procedures and limited variables.
• Ability to interpret basic instructions and perform simple math.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual system transactions for materials functions and types.
• Monitor shipment of materials between sites and partners.
• Collaborate with departments to expedite shipments efficiently.
• Resolve exceptions with business units and providers as needed.
• Process freight claims for lost or damaged freight.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and reflect movement in systems.
• Produce customer/management reports on inventory and in-transit goods.
• Report weekly and monthly performance metrics.
