Fox Corporation LATAM is seeking a Legal & Business Affairs Coordinator to support contract review, advertising regulatory compliance, and licenses for the LATAM region. The role focuses on organizing the legal archive and ensuring activities comply with applicable laws.

You will collaborate with commercial, marketing, and operations teams to maintain legal consistency and manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Formación

• Must review and draft contracts with third parties.
• Strong understanding of advertising regulations, civil contracts, and commercial law.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and handle confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Drafting and reviewing contracts with third parties.
• Supporting documents and reports for government authorities.
• Reviewing notarized instruments and legal reforms impacting operations.
• Monitoring licenses and permits validity.
• Ensuring advertising materials comply with regulations.
• Managing license/permit applications for daily operations.
• Organizing and digitalizing legal documents and files.
• Coordinating with internal areas to ensure legal consistency in processes and materials.
• Providing general administrative and legal support.
• Assuring compliance and risk management; performing risk analysis for projects.
