Yanfeng seeks a Senior IT Program Manager to lead large, complex IT programs spanning MES, ERP integration, and plant systems. You will partner with corporate leadership, plant leadership, and OEM customers to align IT strategy with business goals throughout initiation, execution, and deployment.

The role requires 8–12+ years in IT program management, 5+ years leading cross-functional teams, and strong exposure to manufacturing and industrial automation.

Formación

• 8–12+ years of IT program management in large, multi-site organizations.
• 5+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Proven experience supporting manufacturing, MES, ERP, or industrial automation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of IT solutions for program and vehicle launches, including MES and ERP.
• Define scope, milestones, budgets, risks and success metrics; ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage cross-functional and offshore teams with clear accountability.
• Oversee financials, risk, compliance, and change control across the program lifecycle.
