MKS is seeking an Indirect Procurement Supervisor who partners with Procurement, Engineering, Quality and Commodity teams to source material at the best cost, on time, with the best quality. You will report to the Procurement Supervisor and drive cross-functional buying initiatives across spend categories.

Key success factors include delivering cost reductions, mitigating supply risks, and ensuring supplier performance meets quality and compliance standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• CPIM and/or APICS certification preferred.
• 3+ years of related procurement experience.
• Ability to remain stationary for 90% of time in office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to clearly convey information and ideas.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cost reduction by analyzing spending and negotiating terms.
• Mitigate risk by identifying disruptions and building backup plans.
• Monitor supplier performance for delivery times and quality.
• Coordinate with finance, legal, and departments to align purchasing with budgets.

Conocimientos

Writing and oral communication

3+ years of related experience

90% stationary work ability

Educación

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

CPIM and/or APICS certification preferred
