Oferta confidencial is seeking an Import/Export Compliance Manager to lead and ensure adherence to IMMEX manufacturing trade requirements in Mexico.

You will oversee compliance with Mexican Customs Law, Foreign Trade Regulations, and program certifications, while coordinating audits and maintaining documentation.

The role requires collaboration across Purchasing, Planning, Production, and Logistics to drive KPIs and continuity.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Trade, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Import/Export or Trade Compliance.
• Experience in IMMEX manufacturing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and ensure compliance of IMMEX import/export operations.
• Oversee Mexican Customs Law and Foreign Trade Regulations.
• Manage Annex 24 and Annex 30 inventory control systems.
• Coordinate internal audits, external audits, and government reviews.
• Maintain import/export documentation and records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production needs.
• Establish KPIs for trade compliance, audits, and inventory.
• Lead and develop the Foreign Trade team.
