MKS Inc. is seeking an Import and Export Analyst in Mexico to partner with Engineering, Internal Teams, Sales, and Customers, supporting Supply Chain Team USA and Mexico. You will report to the Sr.

Purchasing Supervisor and manage import/export operations to ensure on-time deliveries, while maintaining compliance with regulations in Mexico and the U.S. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in imports/exports, advanced English, data analysis skills, and strong Excel abilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in imports and/or exports.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Advanced-Intermediate Excel skills.
• Knowledge of customs regulations and declarations of value, preferably in the chemical industry.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate import and export operations to ensure uninterrupted material flow and on-time deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with customs, trade, and regulatory requirements in Mexico and the United States.
• Review tariff classifications (HTS) and maintain accurate trade documentation.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics providers.
• Monitor international shipments, customs clearance, and resolve transportation issues.
• Track and report logistics KPIs including OTD and logistics costs.
• Support MRP activities to ensure material availability.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Planning, Production and Customer Service teams.
• Lead corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives related to international trade.
