Job summary

Jabil in Mexico's Baja region seeks a Lead Financial Analyst to drive cost initiatives, forecasting, and internal reporting. You will design meaningful analyses, metrics, and tools while guiding senior and financial analysts.

You will recruit, develop, and mentor the RP&A team, deliver actionable insights to management, and partner with finance, operations, and business development to optimize global cost strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Seven years of accounting/finance experience required.
• Advanced certifications such as CPA, CVA, MBA preferred.
• Experience with RP&A/global cost initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor RP&A analysts across cost initiatives.
• Forecast, variance analysis, and internal reporting.
• Develop tools and dashboards for management insight.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and business development.
• Present financial results to senior leadership.
