• Advanced PC skills and ability to read, analyze, and interpret business information.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and retention: assist with interviewing RP&A team members globally.
• Develop and mentor senior and financial analysts; provide guidance on cost initiatives.
• Prepare financial presentations, agendas, and reports for management review.
• Define cost strategies and monitor global cost initiatives, including SG&A.
