Job summary

Daimler Truck North America is seeking a Finance professional to consolidate figures for actual financial reports, participate in planning and forecasting, and provide insights to CFO and business unit managers. The role involves coordinating FP&A activities for the Truck segment and preparing reports for multiple regions.

You will work with tools like Excel, BI, and SAP, support month-end closings, and contribute to risk management and strategic financial decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, controlling and investments.
• Forecasting and budgeting knowledge; advanced Excel; SAP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual Financial Planning process including FTR, BP, EA and Monthly Forecast for Truck segment and consolidate DVCM figures.
• Prepare and follow the established schedule and prepare reports and presentations of the financial package for review and approval of Management and Presidency.
• Participate in the Risk Management Process for Truck segment and Daimler Vehiculos Comerciales; report in ServiceNow after CFO and CEO approval.
• Active participation in month end closing process to ensure correct figures and prepare, review and send monthly closing reports by business unit per timelines established by DTAG and DTNA.
• Prepare, analyze and explain monthly and annual financial reports for Truck segment for forums (MexCom, Truck-Team, F-Team, R2L, BMV, Ect.).
• Elaboration and consolidation of monthly forecast deviation analysis versus actuals figures to propose corrective actions.
• Responsible for consolidation and preparation of the funding budget (CapEx and OpEx) and follow-up of its execution with the areas.
