SKIDATA, Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with senior leadership in the U.S. organization and oversee FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analyses.
The role concentrates on financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision support across Service, Operations, Sales, and Corporate functions, with a focus on driving growth and efficiency. Monterrey-based office presence required.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years FP&A, Commercial Finance, or related finance experience.
- Experience in technology, services, engineering, or manufacturing environments preferred.
- Experience in multinational organizations preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Serve as primary finance partner to US leadership; guide strategy and performance.
- Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasts, and scenario analysis.
- Analyze profitability by customer, product, service, project and region.
- Develop business cases and financial models for opportunities.
- Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards for executives.
