SKIDATA, Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager in Monterrey, MX to partner with the Senior VP Americas and U.S. leadership.

You will drive FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis across the U.S. organization, collaborating with Service, Operations, Sales, and Corporate Functions to identify opportunities and improve financial results. The role requires strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence decisions with data-driven insights.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required.
• MBA, CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary finance business partner to U.S. leaders. Provide financial guidance, recommendations, and decision support.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and develop monthly forecasts and long-range plans.
• Analyze profitability, pricing strategies, and financial impacts of contracts and opportunities.
• Support service and operations leadership to improve efficiency and resource utilization.
• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
