Fresh Del Monte Produce seeks a Financial Accounting Analyst to support forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring. The role requires preparing P&L analyses, building financial models, and driving automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Collaboration with Sales and FP&A is essential to align on forecasts and KPIs. Ideal candidates have a 4-year degree in Accounting/Finance with at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong English skills, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI,

Formación

• 4-year College Degree (Accounting, Finance or similar) from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance positions as an analyst or senior analyst
• Proficient in English (written and spoken) and strong analytical skills

Responsabilidades

• Manages financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Creates variance analysis reports and financial models
• Leads real-time financial performance monitoring
• Prepares P&L for RFP to solicit bids from potential vendors
• Automates processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy
• Liaises between Sales and FP&A for alignment on financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Prepares Customer P&L and supports Forecast/Budget for Vegetables and Fruits Divisions
• CAPEX analysis and preparation
• Presents regular financial reports to management
• Manages projects and initiatives as needed
