Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related roles in insurance/finance.
• Strong budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and advanced financial tools; English fluency essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned to goals.
• Drive MBR process by analyzing data, variances, and narratives for decisions.
• Build models for stress tests, scenario planning, and risk assessments.
• Synthesize data into clear reports and dashboards for executives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and reporting.
• Create tailored ad-hoc reports for stakeholders across the organization.
• Maintain data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with policies.
• Mentor and develop team members by sharing best practices.
