Cisco Systems de Mexico is seeking a Financial Controls & Compliance Manager to partner with finance and business teams, including IT and Global Procurement. You will lead internal control readiness, manage SOX controls, and drive remediation, testing, and governance improvements to strengthen financial reporting and risk management.

You will also oversee risk assessments, collaborate on procurement audits, and craft RACMs to support data integrity in ATR and ARR reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Internal Audit, SOX compliance, or financial controls.
• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end process documentation and RACM.
• Experience conducting quality reviews, testing controls, and risk assessments in a large corporate environment.
• Experience analyzing data sets to identify process gaps and audit findings.

Aufgaben

• Lead internal control readiness activities to ensure CX operations align with corporate policies and governance.
• Manage SOX controls, walkthroughs, and narratives, including remediation and testing.
• Lead cross-functional risk assessments and quarterly compliance certifications.
• Collaborate with Global Procurement on purchase requisition processes and audits.
• Develop and update Risk & Controls Matrices (RACM) and ensure data integrity in ATR/ARR reporting.
