HP, Inc. is seeking a Software Chief Technology Office - Finance Analyst to provide financial support and strategic partnership across CTO Software business teams. The role drives process improvements, strengthens financial execution, and ensures business decisions are backed by insightful analyses.

The candidate will lead complex financial analysis, forecast results, and influence strategic decisions within a broad scope, collaborating with GBUs and external partners as needed.

Qualificações

• Degree in business, economics, finance or related discipline.
• 7–10 years in financial management, internal audit, or accounting.
• CPA or CFA is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and/or provide expertise to cross-functional project teams and initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and policy development with guidance to teams.
• Collaborate with business leaders to influence strategic decisions.
• Perform complex financial analyses to support business objectives.
• Forecast results and identify opportunities for improvement across functions.
• Represent the business unit in cross-regional planning and with external stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior staff in finance roles.
