Zusammenfassung

HP is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for the Personal Systems Global Supply Chain to lead and advise on critical initiatives, manage finance analysts across sub-functions and geographies, and drive financial performance through analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.

The role guides capital strategies, supports ROI objectives, mentors staff, and collaborates with business leaders to influence long-term decisions, with a focus on process improvements and global policy.

Qualifikationen

Four-year or graduate degree in business, economics, finance, or related field.
Typically 10+ years of work experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or related field.
Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA preferred.

Leads and advises on the most crucial business initiatives, leading several analysts across sub-functions within finance and across geographies/organizations.
Supports the business in ensuring that capital strategies are operationally supported and strategically focused to secure the greatest ROI.
Performs highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, leveraging deep understanding of the business.
