Job summary

Silgan Dispensing is seeking a Finance Manager for the San Luis Potosí site. The role leads FP&A processes, drives profitability, cash flow management and cost controls while ensuring strict internal controls and regulatory compliance.

You will partner with Operations, HR and Supply Chain to deliver financial insights and support business objectives, preparing accurate financial statements and management reports for leadership review.

Qualifications

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Monitor profitability, cash flow and operating costs to drive performance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR and Supply Chain to support business objectives.
• Provide accurate financial statements and management reports on time.
• Manage cash flow and working capital initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvements in financial processes and controls.
• Lead, coach and develop the Finance team for high performance.
• Provide strategic financial recommendations to plant and regional leadership.
