Silgan Dispensing Systems Mexico S.A. de C.V. seeks a Finance Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decisions across plant operations and regional leadership.

The role emphasizes cost control, working capital management, internal controls, and collaboration with Operations, HR, and Supply Chain to deliver timely analyses and drive profitability. A team of finance professionals will report to you.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis to support strategic business decisions.
• Financial Performance Management: Monitor key financial indicators, profitability, cash flow, and operating costs to drive business performance.
• Cost Control & Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and ensure effective expense management.
• Internal Controls & Compliance: Ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control requirements.
• Business Partnership & Strategic Support: Collaborate with Operations, HR, Supply Chain, and other departments to provide financial insights and support business objectives.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and performance analyses.
• Cash Flow & Working Capital Management: Optimize cash flow, working capital, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve financial processes, strengthen controls, and enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop the Finance team while promoting accountability and high performance.
• Strategic Decision‑Making: Provide financial recommendations to plant and regional leadership to support long‑term growth and profitability.
