Schneider Electric seeks a hybrid Business Finance Controller (Deployment) based in Nashville, TN or Monterrey, MX. You will develop financial business cases and govern project execution while partnering with plant finance, project managers and accounting to deliver precise evaluations.

You will analyze cost, cash flow, margin, and KPI drivers, supporting long-term planning and capital deployment across Home & Distribution and Contract Manufacturing strategies with leadership exposure.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 7+ years in a Finance/Accounting role with project experience preferred.
• Strong business partnering, communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient with metrics like NPV, IRR and CAGR; experience with capital deployment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop comprehensive and financially sound business cases for evaluation and approval.
• Drive governance and control for project execution and financial performance.
• Provide holistic view of financial impacts across business units and projects.
• Partner with Plant Finance, project managers, accounting, and business unit finance partners.
