The Coca-Cola Company in Mexico is seeking an Administration & Services Manager to lead strategy, governance, and execution of workplace and facility services that support CPS locations. You will oversee security, facilities management, cleaning, cafeteria operations, workplace infrastructure, sustainability initiatives, and contractor management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Facilities Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in Facilities Management or Administration Services in industrial/manufacturing environments
• Experience managing outsourced service providers, supplier relationships, contract administration, and governance processes
• Strong financial acumen including budgets, procurement, cost optimization, and contractor performance
• Proficiency in SAP PM/MM and Microsoft Office
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English; strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsabilidades

• Lead administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of workplace and facility services to support safe, reliable operations.
• Develop sourcing strategies, lead supplier selection and bidding processes, negotiate service agreements, and manage outsourced providers.
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and SLAs, drive accountability and cost optimization.
• Ensure delivery of plant support services including office administration, meeting rooms, parking, and utilities coordination.
• Lead compliance with PMP, food safety, safety, environmental regulations, internal controls, and legal requirements.
• Manage the Administration & Services operating budget, identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.
• Liaise with government authorities, regulators, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and continuity.
• Drive sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives through preventive maintenance and resource optimization.
• Oversee contractor governance, onboarding, performance reviews, safety compliance, and contract renewals.
