Johnson & Johnson in Ciudad Juarez is seeking a Senior Document Control Change Analyst to ensure correct execution of change control for Quality System documents in the PLM system. You will support Records Management and collaborate with site teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, experience with PLM software, and knowledge of GMP/ISO standards. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Formación

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with document change control and PLM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and validate document changes for quality systems.
• Review Change Requests/Notices timely and accurately.
• Proofread and standardize documents for GDP compliance.
• Translate Quality System policies when required.
• Train staff on change control processes and tools.
• Support Records Management and audit readiness.
