Johnson & Johnson in Ciudad Juárez seeks a Senior Document Control Change Analyst to ensure correct execution of change control for Quality System documents and PLM records. The role supports the site Records Management program and guides internal customers on change control procedures.

The position requires 4–6 years of related experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and proficiency in PLM systems. You will collaborate across functions to ensure accurate revisions and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bilingual or Fluent in English / Spanish required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).
• Ability to learn PLM software for document control.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze document changes based on rationale and affected sites.
• Review accuracy and consistency of document changes submitted.
• Review Change Requests/Notices promptly and accurately.
• Proofread and edit documents for style, grammar, and GDP compliance.
• Translate Quality System policies and procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure revision accuracy.
