Cisco's Global Planning team is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to drive the demand signal across the supply chain. You will partner with Sales, Finance, BU Marketing, Regional Planning, and Distribution to ensure the right products are available to meet customer needs.

You will develop advanced analytics and predictive models, translate data into actionable insights, and help optimize inventory, margins, and the operating plan.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 8+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years in Supply Chain, S&OP/IBP, or Demand Planning.
• Experience building predictive models using time series, causal, or judgmental methods.
• Ability to analyze complex data and translate into actionable demand signals.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Finance, or Marketing to align with business plans.

Responsabilidades

• Drive an outstanding Demand Plan by collaborating with Sales, Finance, BU Marketing, Regional Sales & Operations, and Distribution Planning teams.
• Analyze and plan based on portfolio strategies, corporate plans, competition, price sensitivities, geo-political changes, and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate product margins and portfolio forecasts to influence product mix and profitability.
• Develop demand signals and buffers using advanced analytics and predictive modeling (time series, causal, judgmental).
• Align with Central Material & Fulfillment on demand handoffs, guardrails, and supply buffers.
• Engage with BU Marketing and Regional Planning to improve pipeline visibility and tracking of customer demand.
• Drive predictive revenue and margin planning with Finance and Central Revenue Planning.
• Build toward standardization, automation, and scalability across processes, data, and analytics.
