Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Demand Planning Manager in the Mexico region to drive the demand signal and optimize our supply chain.

You will leverage advanced analytics, time series, and judgmental methods to support inventory strategies and financial guardrails, partnering with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to align plans with revenue and margins. You will influence product mix, build predictive demand signals, and spearhead standardization and automation across planning processes to enable

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering (or 8+ years experience).
5+ years in Supply Chain, specifically S&OP/IBP or Demand Planning.
Proven experience building predictive models with time series, causal, or judgmental methods.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate into actionable demand signals.
Experience collaborating with Sales, Finance, or Marketing to align with business plans.

Responsabilidades

Drive the demand signal that powers the supply chain fulfillment engine.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, BU Marketing, Regional Sales & Operations, and Distribution Planning teams.
Develop demand signals and buffers using advanced analytics and predictive modeling.
Align with central teams on demand handoffs, guardrails, and supply buffers.
Influence product mix and profitability through portfolio forecasting and margins.
