Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across planning, estimation, implementation, release, and post-production. You will align business priorities with product roadmaps and technical architecture, coordinating globally distributed teams of product managers, engineers, QA, DevOps, security, and operations.

You will drive governance, risk management, and executive reporting, ensuring non-functional requirements and regulatory standards are incorporated.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering complex enterprise software projects.
• Proven success delivering cloud platforms, SaaS products, APIs, or distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile practices, release management, and production readiness.
• Experience coordinating globally distributed, multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong governance, financial tracking, resource planning, risk management, and executive reporting capabilities.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business and delivery implications.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery from planning through implementation, release, and stabilization.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Coordinate distributed teams including PMs, eng leads, architects, developers, QA, DevOps, security, and ops.
• Establish governance, reporting, decision-making, and escalation processes.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Communicate progress, risks, and required decisions to senior stakeholders.
