Formación

• University degree required or equivalent relevant work experience (Bachelor's degree).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and demands.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with presentation ability.
• Good organization, planning and time management to achieve results.
• High personal and professional integrity and accountability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work across levels and with suppliers/customers.

Responsabilidades

• Develops strong and effective internal and external relationships.
• Key participant in customer quotations for assigned tiers following defined process.
• Communicates directly with customers on assigned responsibilities and tasks.
• Collaborates on regional sales team activities related to all accounts: setup, lead-times, orders, pricing, terms, and tier items.
• Coordinates between customers and internal organization for delivery, payables, quality, warranty, and related issues.
• Acts as customer advocate by liaising with departments to investigate and resolve concerns.
