Mondelēz México is seeking a Customer Collaboration professional to optimize planning and execution, acting as the single point of contact for key customers and driving improvements in service and efficiency.

You will monitor KPIs, resolve escalations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet commercial targets while delivering superior customer value. This role focuses on data-driven decisions to improve on-shelf availability and order fulfillment.

Formación

• Experience in CS&L and with customers.
• Experience in FMCG/CPG industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office.
• Customer orientation with strong communication and influencing skills.
• Focus on productivity, service levels, and KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the single point of contact for the customer portfolio.
• Manage escalations and resolve issues to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Support sales objectives by improving service levels and KPIs.
• Report KPIs with the order fulfilment team and analyze root causes.
• Use customer data to drive decisions to improve on-shelf availability and service.
