Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• 7+ years of experience in construction project management, with focus on commercial or residential projects.
• Experience managing budgets over MXN 5,000,000.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, execution, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient progress.
• Enforce quality control measures and safety protocols on sites.
• Conduct site inspections, progress meetings, and risk assessments.

This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution of construction endeavors from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of construction methodologies, project management principles, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and quality control, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This hybrid position requires regular on-site presence for crucial project phases, complemented by remote work flexibility for administrative and planning tasks. We are looking for a leader who can inspire project teams and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Experience in managing hybrid work arrangements and coordinating remote team members effectively.
• Must be able to travel to project sites as needed.
