PHINIA seeks a seasoned procurement professional to lead sourcing, negotiation and cost‑reduction initiatives for production materials and components. You will align strategic suppliers, manage contracts, and drive cost improvements across the supply chain.

The role requires 4+ years in procurement or supply chain, engineering or administration background, strong knowledge of SAP and ERP tools, and fluent English. PHINIA offers global exposure and an inclusive, safety‑driven culture.

Formación

• Education in engineering or related field with 4+ years in procurement, sourcing or supply chain.
• Technical knowledge in Quality Systems, Supplier Development, Project Management and negotiations.
• Proficient in ERP tools and SAP; strong English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate strategic suppliers to ensure price competitiveness and long‑term cost reductions.
• Negotiate with suppliers aligned to plant savings targets and budgets.
• Lead cost reduction projects and monitor progress against annual plans.
• Analyze supplier quotations and investment projects for cost efficiency.
• Develop sourcing strategy including raw material price reductions and dual sourcing.
• Maintain up‑to‑date pricing in ERP and manage market fluctuations.
• Generate NDAs, Frameworks, Terms & Conditions and other contracts with suppliers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on component/process development and risk mitigation.
