Axalta is seeking a procurement professional to oversee CAPEX-driven sourcing for multi-million dollar capital projects. You will consolidate MRO suppliers, negotiate contracts, and drive savings while ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.

You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders across Business Units, Operations, Engineering and Technology, with a focus on compliance and value creation in a high-impact, global environment. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of procurement experience in an industrial CAPEX-focused role.
• Fluent English; Spanish/Portuguese a plus.
• Strong knowledge of source-to-contract processes and vendor negotiation.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee capital projects (~$30M) and consolidate MRO suppliers.
• Collaborate with Business Units, Operations, Engineering, Technology, and PMs on capex requirements, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure procurement process compliance and align purchases with funds approval.
• Negotiate and implement supply agreements to balance quality, service, risk and value.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with key suppliers to drive savings and performance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize CAPEX spending while maintaining quality and schedule.
• Coordinate with legal to review contracts and ensure policy compliance.
