Hitachi Energy Productos de Mexico seeks a Campus Controller to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to drive profitability and cost optimization.

You will ensure financial integrity, support audits, manage cash flow and working capital, and transform data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions and sustainable growth across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Several years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or controlling within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Experience with internal controls, risk management, compliance, and audits.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong communication and leadership across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and oversee monthly financial statements with accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business goals.
• Provide financial guidance and insights for strategic decisions.
• Drive cost optimization, productivity improvements, and capital efficiency.
• Lead cash flow planning and working capital improvement efforts.
• Analyze profitability, variances, inventory performance, and trends.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive action plans and growth.
• Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations.
