Atlas Copco Holding Mexico, based in Puebla, is seeking a Business Controller to lead the financial operations and ensure precise monthly closings and forecasts. You will report to the Director of Finance & Administration of North America and drive strong analytical inputs for decision-making.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, international finance, controlling, business, accounting or similar.
• Excellent knowledge of English and strong leadership abilities are required.
• Experience leading financial planning, budgeting and month-end closings in an international environment.
• Proven track record using SAP financial modules (FICO, WM, MM).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the financial planning and month-end closings for the Customer Center.
• Ensure control of balance sheet and P&L through robust procedures and training.
• Provide proactive financial insights to local management and North America finance director.
• Mentor and develop the finance team and align with regional controllers in Mexico.
• Act as legal representative for the Puebla Customer Center and manage office administration.
