Ideal candidate has 10+ years in accounting/finance with 2+ years supervising, Excel mastery, and SAP S/4 HANA experience; Mexican legal representative status is required.

Formación

• Must possess a college degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or similar designation preferred but not required).
• Must have moderate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (structure and analyze large data sets, write formulas).
• Should have 10 years of experience in Accounting or Finance with 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Detail oriented and able to comply with tight deadlines.
• Experience in SAP S/4 HANA is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated proactive decision-making skills, strong leadership capabilities and integrity.
• Must be registered legal representative in Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the monthly financial close process for the Mexico City unit and ensure accurate reporting.
• Prepare and review monthly journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Act as legal representative for local tax, audit and regulatory communications and compliance.
• Display ethics and integrity, leading by example within the team.
• Coach and develop less-experienced staff.
