Landing is seeking a results-driven permits agent in Mexico City to push short-term rental approvals on-site. You will work to get apartments switched on for stays each week and ensure timely submissions with city offices.
You will own license submissions, chase permits, manage renewals, escalate blockers, and build a reusable jurisdiction library while leveraging AI tools to cut research time. English fluency required.
This position is based on-site in Mexico City, CDMX. Remote work is not available.
Submitted resumes must be in English to be considered.
We are a nationwide hospitality platform where fully-furnished apartments meet hotel quality and consistency. Guests access a curated selection of thousands of high-quality apartments available for any length of stay in hundreds of cities nationwide.
By blending the best of hospitality and everyday comfort, every unit is designed with all the amenities of home, backed by 24/7 local support.
For a week-long getaway or an extended adventure, we deliver a familiar and frictionless guest experience that's perfect for any travel occasion, for work or pleasure.
For property owners, we offer a fast path to new revenue and higher occupancy in just weeks by tapping into our nationwide demand for furnished, hospitality-grade housing. We provide a turnkey solution that covers the entire unit experience, from furnishings to guest turnover and everything in between, with zero operational lift from partners. We handle it all so partners can unlock value faster.
Short stays are one of the biggest levers we have on occupancy, and every apartment that takes a stay under 30 nights needs a permit, a license, or a confirmed exemption first. Your job is to get those approvals done and get the apartments on sale.
This is a closing job, not a research job. Cities go quiet, property managers miss deadlines, and applications stall for weeks if nobody pushes. You are the person who pushes. The job is measured on one thing: apartments switched on for short-term stays each week.
